Raelene attended a neighborhood watch meeting last night, and it looks like we’re signed up to help patrol the neighborhood at night. It’s an all volunteer program sort of like the “Guardian Angels” in Los Angeles. Community members wander around the neighborhood in pairs in the evening with cell phones and flashlights, and call the police if they see anything suspicious. I imagine there will be people who wont be happy about this, but that’s the idea. 
Hopefully Raelene and I can trade off on participating, and not get hurt along the way.
