Not a whole lot new

There isn’t much to mention today. Raelene and I have a low-key weekend of housework and cooking planned. We are going to try our hands and making a vegan corned beef and possibly some vegan sausage. I’m keen on seeing if I can make a decent chicken-less apple wheat meat. Corinne is doing well, she’s walking like she’s done it forever and has become quite the little tornado. You certainly know when she’s been in the room. She had her one year checkup last Monday and got a clean bill of health. Yea! She oes still sleep like a newborn, but we’re working on that. Soon, maybe. Soon. And that’s about it.
