I drove Jasper to San Rafael this afternoon to be filmed for a public service announcement about Mickaboo and the wild parrots of Telegraph Hill. We met up with our friend and fellow Mickaboo volunteer, Patty. While Patty got the mandatory hair and makeup treatment, Jasper charmed the Comcast staff and accepted lots of scritches.
I got to watch the filming from an adjacent room, and I have say that both Patty and Jasper did great. Both were very photogenic and full of personality. Their five-minute PSA will air for the entire month of November. We can’t wait!
