I’m pretty wimpy as far as spicy foods go, which makes it even more surprising that one of my favorite condiments is Chipotle Tabasco sauce. It adds a heavenly smoky flavor to dishes, and you can toss in just enough to get the good flavor without too much heat. I pretty much never use any of the other hot sauces we have in the house anymore.
At the end of the week, I like to round up all the random vegetables from the fridge and make an improvisational soup. Some soups come out tasting better than others, and many times a soup that just needs a little something will benefit from a splash of this hot sauce. This stuff also adds great flavor to tacos, tofu scrambles, and coffee.
Just kidding about the coffee, but seriously, try this stuff!
